Always Fast & Free Delivery

• Standard delivery within the UK is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, and delivery takes 2-3 days from dispatch depending on where you live. Please bear in mind there is a lead time to make and process the order before it is dispatched.
• During busy periods and sales events our lead time will increase. Estimated delivery times are given on the product page. 

Upgraded Delivery

• We offer upgraded delivery using Tracked 24. This is a tracked service from the Royal Mail which aims to delivery the parcel within 24 hours, the next working day after dispatch.. 
• The faster delivery service is only after the order has been dispatched, upgraded delivery does not reduce our lead time.

Unfortunately due to shipping restrictions, we cannot include a box of matches with orders going to islands off the UK, this includes Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and islands in Scotland.

International (Non-UK) Orders

Standard shipping

• We ship items with Royal Mail, who then pass it over to your local postal service. This takes up to 7-10 business days depending on where you live.

Estimated International Shipping Times

Western Europe: within 3 working days
Eastern Europe: within 5 working days
United States: Within 7 working days (3 days with express shipping)
Australia: Within 7-10 working days (3 days with express shipping)
Rest of The World: Within 7-10 working days.

Customs and Import Charges

Depending on the country you're having your items shipped to, there may be customs charges to pay.

Please bear this in mind and check with your local authority to estimate potential charges based on the value of your order.

We unfortunately cannot be held liable for any custom charges incurred as a result of importing goods.

We send our parcels in lovely printed plastic-free packaging, perfect for sending directly to recipients. We don't include any receipts so no price information is seen inside the box. Each candle also has an individual box, so if you wanted to wrap the candle separately you can do so.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Place candle upright. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not burn in a draught. Trim wick to 5mm before relighting. Never burn for more than 4 hours. Stop using when 1/2 inch wax remaining.
