Completely smashed when arrived- no handle with care on the outer ? Have aent 2 e mails and a social media message yesterday no response ! Needed replacement today- very disappointing indeed sadly 😔

The third was for myself and I was a little half hearted about the candle ( honeyed mango) but there were a couple of tealights in the package of The Greenhouse and the smell was wonderful.. also ordered bath salts but I found disappointing .
I immediately placed an order for candle and reed diffuser both The Greenhouse and I'm very happy with them. Unfortunately the delivery was plagued with problems .
I'm goung to give Kindred Firers another gorder but feel little apprehensive due to the deluvery problems last time.
