I have placed 3 orders in total and the first two were delivered promptly. I have had no feedback from the recipients of the items.
The third was for myself and I was a little half hearted about the candle ( honeyed mango) but there were a couple of tealights in the package of The Greenhouse and the smell was wonderful.. also ordered bath salts but I found disappointing .
I immediately placed an order for candle and reed diffuser both The Greenhouse and I'm very happy with them. Unfortunately the delivery was plagued with problems .
I'm goung to give Kindred Firers another gorder but feel little apprehensive due to the deluvery problems last time.

Like the product, however there was a mistake on the personalised label. It said shappy instead of happy.
I emailed mistake and it was rectified promptly- just not in time for my friends birthday.
Lovely tea light holder. Only four family names to go on it and for £20 I would have liked to have a say where they went on the leaf, but it looks ok. Thankyou

I stumbled across Kindred Fires whilst hunting for a 16th wedding anniversary present... and hilariously so did my Husband!! We both placed orders with Kindred Fires and were overjoyed with the items. We'd both ordered the same scent (Secret Beach- its stunning!) And shared a lot of laughs over how the team making up our orders felt knowing that neither of us knew we'd ordered from the same firm! The items arrived early, packaged beautifully and came with some Greenhouse scented tea lights which also smell amazing. Fab company, great items, thoroughly recommend!
The candle was very pretty and packaged so nicely. They were able to get the order out so quickly too, was worried that it wouldn’t come in time as they were out of stock of the flavour I chose, but once they contacted me to pick a new one and I let them know about the time restraints, it was delivered in around 24 hours !
