Mother’s Day candle. Smells lovely but disappointed with communication and product not as described.
I was informed after my order had been dispatched that the size was out of stock so they would send an alternative (item was, and still is showing as ‘in stock’). I would have preferred to have the option to cancel my order.
Item received was smaller than what I ordered (160g not 190g) and a different style of vessel with no lid. The label has been applied with an air bubble. Overall disappointing and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I wanted to get a personalised candle from my son to my mum for Mothers Day. Kindred fires had lots of designs for granny, grandma etc but my mum asks to be called Meemaw - I messaged the seller to see if it was possible to have one of their designs changed to read wonderful meemaw and they said they could without hesitation. I know this is going to mean so much to her. Meemaw is generally an American term and i really struggle to get things in the UK that address her in that way. Thank you so much!!

Is their candle safety information I should be aware of?
All candles sold in the UK require the same safety information:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Place candle upright. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not burn in a draught. Trim wick to 5mm before relighting. Never burn for more than 4 hours. Stop using when 1/2 inch wax remaining.
