I have requested to edit the name on the candle and the customer service was very kind to do it for me. Unfortunately the box of the candle itself was ripped and the match sticks were scattered all over the main box. I will give it as a present and it looked like second hand because of the packaging.

Purchased the ‘Birth Candle & Tealights’ for July and had this personalised with my new born born Granddaughters Name, Date of Birth etc. Oh my goodness this did not disappoint!! The packaging was lovely and even before opening it the fragrance was amazing and could be smelled. My Son and Daughter in law are blown away and have used some tea lights already which equally smells gorgeous and calming. Would definitely 💯 recommend.

After ordering the ‘Happiness’ candle, I received an email informing me it had been dispatched. Two days later, another email was received telling me that the candle was out of stock! I requested a refund to my cc, but am still waiting for a reply to my email - and to my 2nd email - although I have received several other emails from Kindred, asking me to review the company and service. It seems that ‘the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing’! I can only hope this is not a scam! There is no option for zero stars, or that’s what I would have given.
