UK Orders
Free Delivery on all UK orders (excludes sample sale)
- Standard delivery within the UK is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, and delivery takes 2-3 days from dispatch depending on where you live. Please bear in mind there is a lead time to make and process the order before it is dispatched.
- During busy periods and sales events our lead time will increase. Estimated delivery times are given on the product page.
Upgraded Delivery
- We offer upgraded delivery using Tracked 24. This is a tracked service from the Royal Mail which aims to delivery the parcel within 24 hours, the next working day after dispatch..
- The faster delivery service is only after the order has been dispatched, upgraded delivery does not reduce our lead time.
International (Non-UK) Orders
Standard shipping
- We ship items with Royal Mail, who then pass it over to your local postal service. This takes up to 7-10 business days depending on where you live.
Estimated International Shipping Times
Western Europe: within 3 working days
Eastern Europe: within 5 working days
United States: Within 7 working days (3 days with express shipping)
Australia: Within 7-10 working days (3 days with express shipping)
Rest of The World: Within 7-10 working days.
Customs and Import Charges
