I've bought these for two friends that have both suffered family bereavements and they both really apprecaited and adored these candles. One friend likes to light hers when she wants to take a moment to think, reflect and grieve. The other friend likes to keep hers with the funeral programme and light it on the anniversaries and birthdays of her lost loved. Both have different scents (pink jasmine and tranquility) and both love them! Candles last longer than flowers and can be much more personal and also calming, so I think they are a nice gesture to a grieving friend. I purchased this as a gift. Unfortunately the box thst it came in was the only box and had the postal label on it. I thought it would come in a box to give as a gift.

Is their candle safety information I should be aware of?
All candles sold in the UK require the same safety information:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Place candle upright. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not burn in a draught. Trim wick to 5mm before relighting. Never burn for more than 4 hours. Stop using when 1/2 inch wax remaining.
